Erection and Commissioning

The Process of erection and Commissioning requires proper integration of systems and equipment supplied by different OEM’s. At Water to Wire Solution Pvt. Ltd., we undertake extensive care and leverage our years of expertise in the Erection and
Commissioning works for Kaplan, Francis and Pelton turbines (from 50 kW to 50 MW Unit Capacity both in Horizontal and Vertical Configuration) along with the complete Power house Electrical Equipment’s and Generating Station Switchyard works.

In order to achieve high Quality and Standards of Engineering, We have organized a team of highly qualified and skilled Mechanical & Electrical technicians to undertake the Erection and Commissioning works at various power project sites. Our team
of experts is fully capable of undertaking and executing E&C works for Hydropower projects with Complete E&M Equipment’s.

Annual Maintenance and Overhauling

After years of operation a Running Hydropower plant need to be Overhauled. Especially the Turbine parts like Runner, U/S and D/S Labyrinth, Guide vanes need to be Maintained/Replaced. Without proper maintenance there will be several Breakdown as well as efficiency loss will occur during operation.

With our experienced team of experts, we undertake the Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC’s) services for Running Hydropower Projects., thereby ensuring lesser breakdowns, quick repair and troubleshooting and fewer spares. We aim to work in accordance with the set standards and production outputs and credence is laid on the timely replacement of worn-out and outdated parts.

Spare Parts

At Water to Wire Solution we support our customers by asses, analyze and study the Running Hydroelectric power plant for customer problems and specific requirement of spare parts regarding Electrical balance of plant and Mechanical balance of plant.
We ensure timely delivery of these critical spare parts to avoid long faults and thus ensuring smooth operation of the hydro units.

Fabrication and Machine Shop for Generator Bearing Rebabbitting and Turbine Components

We Offer the Refurbishment and Maintenance of Complete Turbine Components like Runner, Guide vane, Top cover, Bottom Cover, Bushings etc. at our Workshop in India. We have also the facilities for Rebabbitting of Generator white metal bearing and
Thrust pad with high accuracy and quality works. We have the decade experience in this field.
In our Manufacturing facilities we are also manufacturing the Guide vane, Runner, White Metal bearing and Thrust pad, PB2
Bushes, Shaft seal, Shear Pin, Gear, Coupling etc.

Consultancy / Liasoning Services

Developing and Operation of Hydro power projects requires Consulting & Liasoning services at various stages of development, At Water to Wire Solution, we offer complete range of solutions including Consultancy services (From Concept to Commissioning) & also undertake the Liasoning solutions at every critical stage of Hydro power project.
With years of experience in this domain we are able to monitor of progress of Civil & Hydro-Mechanical works, Electro-Mechanical works, Preparation of As-Built drawings (Electrical and Mechanical) to make a timely execution of hydro project in a highly professional manner.
During the Construction phase of the project, we offer Liasoning services like acting as an “Owner’s Engineer” and acting as a interface between the Hydro plant developers and the Electro-Mechanical suppliers thus ensuring proper Project Management, Quality, Workmanship and Timely completion of the work.
